Responsibilities
- Run planning, stand‑up, retrospectives, and concise meetings
- Unblock engineers and minimize distractions
- Partner with Product on roadmap, prioritization and execution
- Drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives
- Design and review system architecture, APIs and data models
- Balance speed, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
