We are looking for someone to lead and develop a distributed technical team, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with Experian’s global engineering standards and business strategy. In this role, you will drive team performance, foster cross‑region collaboration, support technical direction, and promote operational excellence while enabling a strong, engaged, and scalable engineering organization.
