About The Job

As Engineering Manager at DNA.inc, you will build and develop a great team of experts, enabling them to perform to the best of their abilities on projects with our clients. You will manage a group of direct reports and support them in all matters of people and business. In most cases, you will contribute to products while embedded in our clients’ teams, partnering on core, strategic and high‑stakes initiatives. Staff augmentation is our most common mode of engagement.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers through regular 1:1s, development plans, and skills coaching.
