Vacancy Description
Minimum Requirements:
- N6 Mechanical Engineering, BTech Mechanical Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)
- GCC Factories advantageous
- Minimum 10 years' mechanical maintenance experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering or maintenance management role
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams
- Strong Industrial Relations (IR) and employee management experience, including disciplinary processes, performance management and labour relations
- Extensive experience with:
- HVAC and air-conditioning systems
- Lifts and elevator systems
- Pumps, pump stations and water reticulation systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Mechanical infrastructure and building services
- Experience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance budgets
