Job Overview


  • Ensure all Statutory and Mandatory elements of the contract and relevant standards are achieved

  • Lead for all hard service disciplines across site

  • To provide dedicated support to the Facilities Management team ensuring the highest standard of services are provided to the Thales client and customers

  • Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships

  • Provide FM resilience across the Crawley site

  • Optimise systems and processes to maximise efficiencies of teams and reduce energy consumption

    • To develop understanding of the contract commercial and deliverable frameworks as part of development

  • Continual management of PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with the agreed SLA and KPIs

  • Operational and line management of the engineering team to ensure best productivity
