Engineering Manager: Lead Scalable .NET/Azure React Apps

EPAM Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager located in Colombia to build scalable applications using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS. You will lead the delivery of innovative projects by building solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying AI tools.

This role requires over 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. You will be responsible for overseeing the application lifecycle from concept to deployment, as well as producing optimized code and resolving technical issues.
