**Job Description:**

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a small team of mechanical engineers while actively contributing to mechanical design and manufacturing engineering efforts. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys balancing people management with direct engineering work.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Lead and develop a small team of mechanical engineers supporting product design and electromechanical assembly
+ Act as a working manager, performing hands-on mechanical design and engineering
+ Drive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) across injection molded, sheet metal, machined, and cast components
+ Develop should-cost models and partner with supply chain and non-franchised buyers to support supplier negotiations
+ Apply industrial and manufacturing engineering principles to support in-house production line development
