Engineering Manager, Feature Flags & AppConfig

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the TD and AppConfig teams within Harness Feature Management & Experimentation (FME) . This person will manage a distributed team of engineers and play a key role in supporting their growth while driving execution and collaboration across Product and Engineering.

The TD and AppConfig team is a distributed group, primarily based in Argentina and the US. Our mission is to help customers release features quickly and with ease.

• The TD team is responsible for serving the required data for our SDKs. It is a backend-focused team where scalability and backward compatibility are critical.
• The AppConfig team is working on a brand-new module for application configuration delivery .
