An established food manufacturing business is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead site engineering and facilities operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring all assets are maintained to a safe, reliable and efficient standard in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
You will take ownership of the engineering function, driving performance, developing the team and delivering continuous improvement across maintenance, projects and site services. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic planning with hands on operational control.
