Mandatory Skills & Experience

12–15 years of overall software engineering experience , including leading engineering teams
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and PostgreSQL
Excellent SQL skills, including query optimization and handling large datasets
Proven experience managing and delivering Python-based products or platforms
Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

(experience on

GCP is a strong plus )
Deep knowledge of Observability and Application Performance Management, including:
Metrics, logs, and distributed tracing
Root cause analysis and performance tuning
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Excellent
