Engineering Designer - Harness component

Qualification, Experience and Competency requirements:

B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Automotive Engineering with Automotive Industry experience

Preferred Experience:

Essential:
4+ years of relevant experience in Design & Development of automotive wiring harness components (Connectors, wires, Coverings, Clips etc.,)
Manufacturing & Assembly Plant exposure, Supplier/customer management, Launch support
Good knowledge in design basics, vehicle packaging studies, Architecture, and statutory requirements, etc.
Knowledge in Automotive Quality Systems (DFMEA, PPAP, DVP&R, etc...)
Cross functional experience in Design and program management will be an added advantage
