Engineering Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently hiring for an Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. The role will entail:

Primary Responsibilities

• Tracks, expedites, schedules, monitors and reports on all phases of Engineering development and NPI projects being built in Production and / or Engineering labs.
• Prepares summaries/status reports on individual project performance; high-lights problems that may affect completion of activities as defined by schedule; initiates discussion of issues to determine solutions.
• Attends project review meetings to report on Engineering project progress. Follows-up and expedites activities failing to meet Engineering schedule and stop orders ensuring corrective action is implemented without delay.
• Liaises with all departments involved in procurement of parts and assemblies from Production for Engineering projects: assists in expediting materials with SCM to mitigate issues late deliver...
