Engineering And Maintenance Manager

Overview of the role:

Lead the Engineering & Maintenance function at the Bulacan plant, providing both reactive and proactive, multi‑skilled maintenance across all production equipment, utilities, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Own plant reliability and asset care for Bulacan by minimizing unplanned downtime, improving OEE, and ensuring utilities and infrastructure consistently support production, quality, and food safety requirements. This role will report into the Plant Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) system and ensure timely, complete execution in line with production requirements.
• Optimize equipment performance and product quality, drive KPI delivery (OEE, downtime, losses), and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues.
