Engineering Admin Assistant

  About the Role We are looking for an energetic and efficient Engineering Admin Assistant to join our team in Braeside.  Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will provide administrative coordination of a general and confident nature to the Engineering Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance employees in the Engineering department as required. Tasks and activities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain/update computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS-PIRANA)
• Generate and enter work orders – create job requests from other departments
