Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create and improve systems, products, or processes in the engineering domain.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and maintain equipment or systems.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all engineering work adheres to local regulations and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Python)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, construction sectors is often preferred
