Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of assigned WTP (Water Treatment Plant) to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation and consistently meet flow, quality, reliability and regulatory/site requirements. Lead and coach operators/technicians; provide on-the-job guidance to reinforce safe and consistent operating practices. Drive optimization of chemicals, energy and manpower without compromising compliance or reliability. Prepare and submit routine operational reports, including water quality, system performance, chemical consumption and activities. Respond to incidents and emergencies; investigate, document findings, implement corrective actions, and restore operations promptly. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions or improvement measures. Build strong communication with clients and ensure client high satisfaction.
