Engineer, Service

Responsibilities

• Schedule service task with MVM and coordinate monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment, including annual chiller ASD and quarterly legionella test.
• Obtain updates on service progress and parameter summary update from operator.
• Attend site meeting with MVM and provide advice on operational related matters.
• Update daily staff attendance (operator) in chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant: service task completion, monthly summary of power usage, and summary of water and electrical usage.
• Cover other sites (DLP, PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager.
• Create quotation for service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of related experience.
• OSHA‑C qualified is preferred.
