• Lead manufacturing equipment standardization, setup, and training (including preparation of work instructions), and source new technologies from the market.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed effectively to minimize equipment downtime and production impact.
• Drive system capability improvements (hardware, software, and automation) in collaboration with IT/OT coordinators, aligned with defined KPIs.
• Work closely with planners, production teams, and technicians to plan and execute equipment-related activities (TBM, CBM, and improvement initiatives) without delays.
• Support daily operations and troubleshoot yield or equipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work orders, documentation, and asset data in the SAP PM module.
