Engineer IT Systems Infrastructure at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Guiding, ensuring, or performing IT installations, integration as well as operations, update, customizing and maintenance and change request processes.
- Contributing to design and implementation, or planning and executing installation of infrastructure devices and/or applications.
- Ensuring or executing SAP instances, installation updates, release changes, etc.
- Planning and executing regular system infrastructure tests, with respect to functionality, speed, safety or security.
- Communicating with vendors and service providers, identifying operational IT problems and seeking resolution.
- May perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, and train management and staff in the utilization of IT infrastructure.
