Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop new and unique approaches to challenging problems and work on projects that advance Integer’s technological capabilities.
• Investigate and interpret internal or external technology and business trends and recommend best practices to the organization.
• Evaluate, develop and implement a wide range of new technologies of moderate scope and complexity.
• Identify and procure new equipment and technology of moderate complexity, scope and cost.
