• Lead new lab enablement, including qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes.
• Coordinate with Facilities and GEL in enablement activities.
• Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality management systems.
• Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and maintain product integrity.
