Engineer, Customer/Manufacturing Quality

**About the role:*** The Engineer will work with internal peers from Mfg, Engg, R&D, IT, IE, SCM in addressing and preventing any quality issues from reaching customers, in driving improvements related to quality and in addressing issues raised by customers. He/She should also have good interaction with Optrs, Technicians and Line QCs. He/She also interacts with external ATCB Nexperia counterparts from BE, and subcon sites and Business groups as needed.**What you will do:*** Ensures compliance to NC handling requirements for his/her assigned area.* Monitors process OCAPs & LRRs on his/her assigned area.* Escalate issues detected at the firewalls, during in-process monitoring, developing trends and spikes at his/her assigned area.* Lead and collaborate with process teams on continuous improvement projects aligned with quality objectives.* Drive effective lot scoping and immediate quarantine of suspect non-conforming lots and equipment at his/her assigned area.* Gatekeeper for releasing ...
