Engineer - Cloud Engineering

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write orchestration and automation code
• Ensure uptime and availability of Cloud services and participate in on-call duty
• Provide guidance to development teams and ensure implementation, performance and security criteria are met
• Implementing CICD and automation on Cloud
• Implement and improve monitoring and alerting
• Assist partners/system users to resolve their technical issues and provide clarifications on queries
• Support the leads to manage communications with the client and provide information as necessary.
• Constantly PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO Leades /Managers improve current processes or design and implement new processes to meet up to date requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
