Vacancy Description
Join as an Endpoint Management L2 Support Engineer and manage, maintain and support Windows endpoint environments for customers in a regulated financial services setting. Serve as the primary escalation point for endpoint-related incidents and own day-to-day operations across SCCM, Intune, OS imaging, patching and software release management.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve L2 escalations for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and Citrix VDI sessions
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) including client health, boundaries and reporting
- Manage Microsoft Intune co‑management and standalone enrollment for compliance and device lifecycle
- Build, maintain and version‑control Windows OS images using MDT, SCCM OSD or Autopilot
- Own the monthly Windows patching cycle including evaluation, deployment, compliance reporting and rollback
