Employment Coach

The Forward Trust is a fast growing Matrix Standard accredited, Information, Advice and Guidance, vocational training, skills and employability provider. We will be delivering a new innovative and creative programme called the Prison Apprenticeship Pathway focused on the hospitality sector.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Employment Coach with apprenticeships knowledge/training experience in the hospitality industry. The role will be working in 2 prisons in the Suffolk area: HMP High Point and HMP Hollesley Bay.

Min Salary: £23,316 As an Employment Coach, you will be working with our Team Leader and you will be supporting unemployed prison leavers to progress into an exciting apprenticeship standards and jobs by sourcing apprenticeship standard opportunities with Independent Training Providers.
