EMEA HEMA Strategy & Access Associate

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an EMEA HEMA Associate Manager to support regional Health Economics and Market Access activities across EMEA. This role is crucial in ensuring that regional strategies translate into country-relevant outputs to enhance access and adoption of DePuy Synthes orthopaedic solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other European languages is a plus. This position offers the chance to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across multiple countries.
