During the program you will rotate through various assignments:

• Engineering : Join a small, experienced engineering team supporting the development of equipment used by Avient manufacturing sites. Focus on investments and projects of equipment for masterbatch production. Gain hands‑on experience in project management, design development, validation and launch of new equipment solutions, while supporting existing products.
