E/M Technician

We are seeking an experienced E/M Technician with strong electrical and mechanical experience to support warranty repairs, retrofits, and field service operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and service equipment.



Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs

Complete warranty and retrofit work in accordance with company standards

Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems in the field

Accurately document service activities, parts usage, and repair reports

Communicate effectively with customers, technical support, and internal teams

Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automotive, bus, fleet, transit, or heavy equipment systems
