Elixir Software Engineer

Job Description
A client of ours is looking to add an Elixir Software Engineer to their growing team. This individual will own the design, development, and deployment of complex distributed system features end-to-end, supporting mission-critical spacecraft ground control systems. They will drive architectural decisions for Elixir/OTP-based systems, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and performance across the platform. On a daily basis, they will proactively identify and resolve technical debt, system reliability issues, and performance bottlenecks, while writing high-quality, production-ready code that sets the standard for the team. This engineer will also conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
