Elevator Installer

City Svalbard Norway We are in need of a skilled Elevator Installer to join our team on a part‑time basis in Svalbard, Norway.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain elevators in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevators.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to work part‑time hours.
