Electrical Supervisor

Job Type: Contract – 6 months initially.

Location: Redditch Council, B98 7SN.

Rate of pay: PAYE £22.65, Umbrella £29.60.

Duties of the Role

• Coordinate and carry out pre and post inspections on contractors' electrical and other associated domestic/communal works.
• Respond to technical queries regarding responsive repairs, EICR's, and other electrical and security services.
• Ensure the performance management system is followed to achieve effective compliance with agreed KPI's for each contract.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience at a senior level within the electrical industry in an operational role (e.g., electrical servicing, repairs, and installations).
• Experience diagnosing and repairing any electrical system.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, associated repairs, fault finding and safe isolation procedures.
