Electrical Engineering Lead

Overview

The Electrical Engineering Lead is responsible for the integrity, reliability, and optimization of all electrical power systems across STT GDC Philippines’ data center operations. This role directly supports engineering, project execution, and maintenance management by ensuring that critical power infrastructure (HV/MV, UPS, Gensets, DC Power) meets contractual obligations, global performance standards, and company quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power infrastructure from utility interconnection and 115 kV GIS substations down to rack-level distribution, in full compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and STT GDC Global Engineering Standards.
• Govern design and construction validation, project management, protection coordination, power quality management, energy management, and lifecycle maintenance of all electrical assets.
