Purpose Statement

To perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services. Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Is visible and recognized by all Design Centers as a technical specialist in more than one area of processes, tools or industry; and/or is visible and recognized in all Design Centers as a cross-discipline Product Development or Commercialization leader.
• Serves as an in-discipline technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on small-size to mid-size projects.
• Experience in All and Achievement in Multiple Phases of Product Realization Process as it applies to their role which includes - Conceptualize, Design, Commercialize, Manufacture, Fulfill, Sustain.
