" Understands tools associated with Schematic Design
" Understands Simulation and Analysis
" Understands how to capture requirements on DOORS
" Knows how to generate functional test cases
" Knows how to generate test procedures
" knows how to test the HW for functionality and performance
" Can Troubleshoot circuit and PCBA
" Experience with generating test reports
" Have familiarity with DO-254 process
