Electrical Engineer - Collins, CO

Position Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in low- and medium-voltage power distribution within a switchgear OEM or equipment manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and data center power systems, plus working knowledge of UL508A control panel design.



Primary Responsibilities



Power Distribution (Main Focus)

• Design and support manufacturing for:
  
  " LV/MV switchgear (UL891, UL1558)
  
  " Switchboards & panelboards (UL67)
  
  " Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
  
  " Dry-type & liquid-filled transformers


• Create and review single-line, three-line, and interconnection drawings


• Perform electrical studies:
  
  Short circuit, arc flash (IEEE 1584), coord...
