Vacancy Description
•Inspect old and new equipment installations and identify maintenance, repair, modification or replacement needs.
•Schedule preventive and deferred maintenance activities to be conducted on buildings equipments.
•Work out delivery and installation schedules for needed equipment for locations as per company procedures.
•Supervise construction plans and specifications and prepare contracts.
•Attend planning meetings with property managers and company representatives to discuss the upgrading and/or replacement of electrical systems and equipment.
•Contribute and adhere to the safety requirements of the operation.
•Organise and manage the operating and maintenance staff attending to assigned projects.
•Analyze causes of electrical troubleshooting and failure, and direct repair activities.
•Make sure that completed works meet specifications and safety standards.
