Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description:

- Selection of Servo Motor & Drives, Sensors & Actuators, Encoders.
- Electrical Interface between Panel and machine electrical complements.
- Design of Electrical control system System/Power & Control Distribution unit Design Specifications/requirements.
- Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and 2D/3D models using CAD software.
- Design and develop electrical cable/wire harnesses for semi applications based on technical requirements and specifications.
- Select appropriate wires, cables, connectors, protective coverings to ensure durability and performance.
- BOM Creation for Cable and Harness Design.
- Component’s selection & FFF analysis.
- Electrical cable and wire harness Design and drafting as per Standards.
- Perform Calculations for current load, voltage drop, and other electrical parameters to ensure durability and performance.
