Job Description
- Be in charge of E&IC category procurement business, collect project procurement demands, formulate reasonable procurement plans and execution schedules.
- Develop, assess and maintain E&IC suppliers, establish stable supplier resources pool, regularly audit supplier qualification and delivery performance.
- Issue inquiries, organize quotation collection, conduct technical and commercial review, finish price comparison and cost analysis.
- Conduct business negotiation on price, payment term, delivery period, after-sales service etc., assist in drafting and reviewing procurement contracts.
- Track production progress, shipment and on-site delivery status, timely follow up abnormal issues such as delivery delay and quality problems.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical, project and site teams to confirm technical parameters, specification standards and delivery requirements.
