Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e‑Learning content and multimedia learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e‑Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives
• Write clear, engaging, and instructional content tailored to target audiences
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for e‑Learning modules and videos
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles
