E-commerce Operations Executive
Location: Singapore (onsite, 5 days a week)
Work hours: 9am - 6pm

WELIVE is a Singapore-based, FMCG distribution company specialising in categories from Food & Beverages to Home & Living essentials. Founded in 2025, we have rapidly grown into a multi-brand distributor managing hundreds of SKUs and a network of 300+ live sellers and content creators and are now currently behind multiple tiktok viral food products. Through livestream commerce, affiliate marketing, and data-driven strategies, we distribute different brands and help them scale and drive sales across social commerce platforms.
Your role
- Ensuring smooth flow for day to day operations
- Optimise stock-ins/outs, restocks of products
- Managing and create product listings, updating prices, photos & details, doing data transformation to fit different sites
