Job Description

This role is individually accountable for signing up policies and assisting a variety of clients through telephonic and social media channels, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct social media and telephonic sales with customers.

  • Meet daily production standards and uphold service quality benchmarks.

  • Adhere strictly to business, process, and compliance guidelines.
