E-commerce Lead

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded e‑commerce professional with a passion for direct‑to‑consumer growth and customer retention. If you are excited about owning the full DTC experience — from optimising a seamless shopping journey to building email flows that convert and retain — this role will be a great fit for you.

The E‑commerce Lead role sits within the Creative department and reports to the Creative Director. You will take full ownership of Boba and Beco’s DTC channels. This is a hands‑on role with direct impact on business results, working closely with the Social Media, Brand and Creative teams, as well as external agencies.
