Job Title: eCommerce Key Account Manager

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

Experience Level

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce account management or marketplace operations
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing Lazada, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop
• Strong account management and client relationship skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Knowledgeable in marketplace in-app marketing tools and campaign enrollments
• Familiar with platform policies, guidelines, and restrictions
• Ability to set up and optimize online stores from the ground up, including ongoing monthly optimization
• Basic knowledge of live selling features is an advantage (not required)
