Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, implement, and optimize our CRM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and extend Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service) to align with business processes and drive digital transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules). Develop plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate processes. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, ERP) Write and debug code using C#, JavaScript, and .NET for Dynamics 365 CE extensions. Design and maintain Dynamics 365 portals (Power Pages) when required. Implement REST/OData APIs for data exchange. Provide end-user training and create technical documentation.
