What You'll Do:
- You will play a key role in extending and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Field Service modules) and integrating it with AI capabilities powered by Azure OpenAI Service within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- This role is critical in bridging enterprise field service workflows with intelligent automation and AI-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 Development & Customization Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Field Service modules.
