We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, build, and enhance CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Case Management. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys creating scalable customisations, building integrations, and working closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform components
• Build and maintain integrations between CE and external systems using RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other integration tools
• Configure and extend CE modules including Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Accounts, Contacts, and Marketing Journeys
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and solution architectures
