• Develop and assess People Strategy and governance frameworks
• Manage TPT’s budget and performance monitoring effectively
• Create and present executive-level communication materials
• Lead cross-team projects and initiatives
• Keep abreast of evolving HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years in HR strategy or related fields
