About You
- Must have at least 12 months experience in Front Office as Duty Manager (or similar role) with experience using hotel booking software. If you have Suite 8 experience, even better!
- A passion for customer service, high standards of service and excellent attention to detail.
- Is confident and experienced in all facets of Front Office duties.
