Dubai HVAC Chiller Technician - Elite PM & Overtime

Al Bonian Facilities Management is urgently seeking highly skilled HVAC Technicians to maintain complex cooling systems across premium residential and commercial high-rises in Dubai. You will ensure zero downtime for critical chilled water and DX systems.

Job Requirements:

• ITI Diploma or equivalent technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on GCC experience in a fast‑paced facility management environment.
• Ability to read complex technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot York/Carrier compressor faults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AHUs, FCUs, and Chiller pumps across assigned luxury buildings.
• Respond to emergency tenant breakdown calls within strict 30-minute SLA timeframes using the CAFM mobile application.
