Drilling Supervisor (project-based)

Job Overview

Responsible for managing and implementing well programs, directing drilling operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement well programs with greater scope and complexity across various well types, regardless of location, logistics, and communication.
• Direct all drilling operations and develop strategies for effective implementation of the drilling program.
• Conduct risk assessments of drilling activities to eliminate potential hazards and downtime throughout all phases.
• Support and promote adherence to HSE policies and guidelines.
• Review and evaluate drilling and workover problems and make recommendations to resolve them.
• Perform field-based assignments and supervise drilling operations.
